Frequently Asked Questions: Is the phone connection included in my charges?

Currently 13 PLUMBER Leasing wears this cost. Your rights are for the phone word use itself. This levy may be passed on in the future. www.smartnumbers.com.au (see www.13plumber.com/faq)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: An annual numbering charge is imposed by the government on carriage service providers with an active service on a smartnumber®. Carriage service providers may pass on the annual numbering charges to the rights of use holder for a number.

In the past One Plumber paid the Levy of $10000.00 per year. Recently the Government reduced this Levy to $8000.00 per year. From 2012 this Levy charge will be calculated for different locations and charged to the end user.

As always 13 PLUMBER has kept the overall cost below other normal 1300 & 13 Leasing costs, because dividing the costs saves us all money.

A letter will be sent in January further explaining the changes to your account.

Community Webpage: Involve all 13 PLUMBER's.

The www.13plumber.com/community web page will now involve all 13 PLUMBER members community efforts. We have made a few changes to show how it may change over the coming year. I have attached different examples from 13 PLUMBERs involvement in their community. You can add anything you want to show off the way you support your community.

Please send in your information anytime to keep marketing your local business.

13 PLUMBER Leasing will be moving:
We are moving to a new office in February 2012 within the postcode of Burleigh Waters.
This information will be supplied once the Contract has been finalised. The postal address will remain the same.

Late Payments:
As the Leasing and Levy costs are paid monthly we need to charge monthly. Please note any late payments will incur the late fee of $30.
