YES. When you lease your 13 PLUMBER phone word you control the region and all the post codes in that region. We have deliberately chosen the older Telecom areas which are larger and do not require postcode sharing or postcode routing. The area you control may very well be bigger then you need! You will control the named location within your signed contract. 13 PLUMBER may change to postcode routing in future.

Your lease is as long as you want. Our successful members have taken 6 - 18 months to transform their business into a 13 PLUMBER success. The best option is to sign a lease for 2 years to keep yourself focused on growing with benefits from better marketing.

Everytime a local client dials 13 PLUMBER, it will come to you, without a middleman. Your client will be happy to speak to your independent plumbing business immediately.

| | Can I attach 13 PLUMBER to different phone numbers at different times?
YES, we have the ability to adjust the connection points and this may attract an extra service charge.

| | Are there any restrictions on the use of the 13 PLUMBER phone word?
The main restriction is the standard reselling or trademarking of the phone word under your business is prohibited. You will control the named location and can market as you wish.

| | Can your client over-spell the 13 number on their phones?
NO. In Australia when the client continues to spell 13 PLUMBER using all the phone pad letters it will still connect to you. Ie: 13 758623 etc. If you client forgets the 'B' in plumber you will still receive the call and it does happen!

| | Is the phone connection included in my charges?
Currently 13 PLUMBER Leasing wears this cost. Your rights are for the phone word use itself. This levy may be passed on in the future.

YES. I prefer if you do not procrastinate. Our best clients have closed the deal on the phone or within days. However the more research you do the more TRUST you will have with 13 PLUMBER Leasing. We have the best deal in Australia, but if you locate better and you want to work with One Plumber, we will beat it! A huge issue for our clients is our long term plans and TRUST!

| | How do I secure the number for my plumbing business?
We do have some areas with plumbers unsure of when to commit. Once the location is taken it is gone for good. If you lease the 13 PLUMBER service you will have the 1st option to renew every time under a lease agreement.
