1. Consent for Collection, Use and Disclosure
Your use of the 13 PLUMBER Leasing site and/or your registration for One Plumber products and services constitute your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the 13 PLUMBER site.
13 PLUMBER Leasing may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When it does, One Plumber will also revise the “last update” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. In addition, 13 PLUMBER Leasing will seek a customer’s prior consent, by email, for any new uses or proposed disclosures of information collected from the customer prior to the change. 13 PLUMBER Leasing will notify customers by email of changes to this policy that will affect information collected from them in the future. In certain circumstances, however, One Plumber will not inform and obtain the consent of the customer, such as in connection with an investigation of a breach of an agreement, contravention of laws, an emergency where the life, health or security of an individual is threatened, the collection of a debt or in compliance with the request of a law enforcement agency or a court order.
A customer may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to william@oneplumber.com. Please note that, if you do, 13 PLUMBER Leasing may suspend its provision of products and services to you.

2. Accountability
13 PLUMBER Leasing collects, at the time of your registration and your sign-on to its web site, certain “personal information”(information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number.
13 PLUMBER Leasing has implemented this Privacy Policy to protect personal information received from its customers, and to respond to any inquiries. The Privacy Policy also provides that 13 PLUMBER Leasing will use appropriate contractual means to establish a comparable level of protection for personal information which is sent for processing by third parties on 13 PLUMBER Leasing's behalf.

4. Limiting the Collection of Personal Information
13 PLUMBER Leasing limits its collection of personal information to only that information which is necessary for the Identified Purposes. 13 PLUMBER Leasing does not direct its site to, nor does it knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen.

Customers have the right to request that inaccurate or incomplete information be amended as appropriate, by contacting 13 PLUMBER Leasing as described above. 13 PLUMBER Leasing will promptly correct such personal information.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

General Rules

    * Lawful Use. Use of 13 7586 information and Services must comply with all applicable laws.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Merchant Content must not include any material that is or could be considered to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another person's privacy, promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Complaints

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 13 PLUMBER Leasing's responses may include immediately blocking access to the Website or deleting Content or disconnecting the 13 PLUMBER service.

Compliance, Consequences, and Law Enforcement Disclosure

13 PLUMBER Leasing may in its discretion determine whether this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, and may take such technological and other steps as it considers appropriate in its discretion to stop the violation of this  Acceptable Use Policy.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions for Services, and may result in termination or suspension of Services and other consequences, and may subject the responsible persons to criminal and civil liability.

13 PLUMBER Leasing's failure to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy, for whatever reason, will not be construed as a waiver of any preceding or subsequent violation of this 13 PLUMBER Leasing Acceptable Use Policy. 13 PLUMBER Leasing will not be liable to Merchant or any other person for failure to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy.
